L3 565: Negative putaway/picking quantity in quant (contact SAP)

I am receiving an error message when trying to confirm a TO that was created fro a delivery note. The error message reads...L3 565: Negative putaway/picking quantity in quant (contact SAP)

Also if I look at the TO in transaction LT24 the qty to pick is 3, but if I look at tcode LS24, the pick qty shows as 1.
