Cost Estimate Itemization Assignment Issue

Former Member

Hi All,

When viewing a material cost estimate itemization through CK13N with Layout "1SAP05" (Cost Components / Cost Elements(Grouped)), I noticed that not all of my cost elements are properly grouped. There is a large sum with a few cost elements that are summed as "(not assigned)". I reviewed tcode OKTZ within the section for "Assignment: Cost Component: Cost Element Interval" and ensured that the cost element from/to exists as well as the appropriate cost component.

What would be the reason for not seeing the cost component description of "Raw Materials" (for example), and not "(not assigned)"?

Thanks,

Pete

Hi

Select particular itemizzation (which is with not assigned) and select the details button - there you will get the all the details like as below - there check the material and also check the source of that particular material (i mean, with which account it is psoted). Now, chekc whether that account is assigned or not

Hi Vuppala,

Thanks for the reply. It seems that the field "Element (Text)" is "(not assigned)". Can you tell me where that would need to be assigned in order for the report to display the proper title?

Thanks,

Pete
