Analytics/Reporting : Internal Notes

Dear All,

I have used 'All Tickets with All Interactions' data source to list/report all the internal notes captures within the Ticket.

However the notes appear to be truncated and doesn't capture the complete note.

How to increase the character limit of the internal note ? Please advice.

    Hi Vinod,

    Open the report and then click on option "show more" (setting) and then click on "show extended text" and enable it. Open the report again and you will be able to see 1024 characters now.

    Thanks Saurav Kumar , Brilliant.. that explains.. Are there any way to show the text if it is more than 1024 characters ?
