From the portal when I try to "Save As" a BI report in My Portfolio tab, I get the following error:

I know this has to do with the KM folder BIuserhome. The user's folder & the subfolder "My BEx Documents" is not created in the BIuserhome folder in KM. How can this folder be created automatically? I have the Business Explorer role assigned to my id. It is not possible to create the folder manually for each user, so how can we handle this?
My current patch level is as follows:
BI Base Services 7.0 - BIBASES18H_12-10003477.SCA
BI Web Application 7.0 - BIWEBAPP18H_12-10003476.SCA
I think this is higher than the one mentioned in the note. Still I am facing the same problem.
