Unknown payload format 0 in message in Receiver File Channel

HI Folks,

Can anyone please help me in this.

our version is SAP PI 7.0 .

i have scenario like PROXY to FIle and where we have ABAP Class program and it has been executing in mapping level .we don't normal graphical mapping.

Scenario : Proxy to File

We have FCC in receiver File channel.

Actions performed :

1) We tried to send the same data from Dev system and it is successful.

2) Restarted the channel and resend the message, still it is failing. and restarted the java cache instance as well.

3) From Proxy we are getting around 42 messages, among them only one message is going to system error status(“Unknown payload format 0 in message”).

it is a weekly report when data is sending from BW system it is reaching successful into SXMB_MONI and in RWB level it is failing with "Unknown payload format 0 in message".

challenging here is , similar kind of error 3 months back we have got it and we have cancelled the system error message in RWB and re-triggered the data from BW system it got worked. but now again we are facing the same issue. so can't able to ask to do the same.

Can anyone please help me out what could be the reason?why it is intermittently behaving like this.

Hi Hari,

Is there any other errors besides this "Unknown payload format 0 in message"?
You can focus on Java stack (defaultTrace and/or XPI Inspector trace).

Also, are failed messages processed in longer time period?
