hi Pradeep
When you execute PBA7, the system by default will select the status "to be hired", and that in activity (PB60), there are standard activity type which is required. There are 2, transfer data (activity type 015) and hiring date (activity type 014) in the status of "planned". (Those 2 activities could be created automatically using the feature PACTV)
then try to run the PBA7 with the correct status (to be hired), then select the correct action type in PA as you have configured it.
let me know the result, who knows I could chip in some idea
cheers

Hello Everyone,
I believe the problem is with activities. Please create the refrence activity for Transfer Applicant Data to Hiring date activity and even ensure for Hiring date we should not check the recurring tasks but for Transfer Applicant data recurring tasks should be checked.
Try this even i was facing the same problem......
Let me know did it help you or not.

Raj
are you selecting the appropriate status in PBA7?
If you want "In progess"status candidates to be transferred, then the status on the screen should be 1.
(This applies if you are using standard status)

Exactly but where to change the status bcoz in the PBA7 screen the status wil be displayed by the sysytem itself. So can u pls tell me wr to make tat changes or can i mak it in the same screen, than the evaluation results will b different
And also the PBAW-PB10-PB60-PB40-PB60-PBA7 this is the path i followed is this a rite one, which is best??

Hi,
You can transfer applicant data to PA from Recruitment via PA40 Hire Applicant or via PBA7.
In the input parameters you have to mention Applicant Number and Personnel Officer only after that you can transfer applicant to PA.

Hi,
some diffirence is there between two types of hiring.
Through Pa40 hiring : this is the direct hiring without recruitment data like: Mangaer, higher cadar people we will do direct hiring. Sometime if you are not implement the recruitment module we need to hire the employee through the Pa40. t.code
If you have implemented the recruitment module we have to transfer the employee through the PBA7 t,code. Or if you are receive the any application, we have to maintain the all relevant data of the applicant , and then that data we have to transfer to master data through the PBA7 t.code.
Good luck
Devi
Hi,
Perform the applicant action through the PB40 transaction code. Complete the activities in PB60 T.code except hiring and transer applicant data actions. Then run the PBA7 t.code for send to PB data to master data.
That PAPLI feature always activated only in standard.
Good luck
