upload photo in sap

try to upload employee photo using tcode OAAD and enter information as

follows:

menu Archived Link: Store and Assign

Business object = PREL

Document type = HRICOLFOTO

Personnel number = xxxxxxxx

infotype = 0002

enter

The system asks for file name, select file

I got the error message

"HTTP error:401 unauthorized Access Denied" Message

no CMS025

Error in accessing via HTTP, 401 unauthorized, access denied

Any ideas what wrong?

Hi

Below checks have to be done.

1.Check settings of Content Repository in R3 (OAC0, CSADMIN)

2.Check Network settings

3.If a Content server is configured for storing all Documents then the check the Connection & protocol between the Content server & the R3 system.

Above are the main checks which need to be carried out in case of errors.The error could be different in different environments so actual troubleshooting of error would involve some additional steps, but the places to check would involve above (i.e. Settings in OAC0,CSADMIN, Network settings/Firewall, R3-Contentserver connections).

It clearly defines step by step process.

There is a mention about the HTTP error here. Which says " It occurs only the first time". So try again.

Check with ur Content Sever whether it is active or not

and also check wiht ur Basis consultants
