ILM: Delete jobs start automatically after writing archive file but in TEST mode!?

Hi.

We have a problem with the delete jobs within SAP archiving process when starting them automatically after writing the archive files. The jobs start automatically as they should but the variant which is used is always the SAP&TEST. I can now change the settings in SARA > Customizing and set the productive variant for both test and prod but that's not what it's suppose to be. Is there any other setting or customizing? Using the direct deletion by SARA > Delete everything works fine.

We are thankful for any hints.

Please check in write report the selection screen.What is the name of the write report and archiving object?

Do you see there any settings for delete program?

Hey Gergely,

that was the clue I needed. I didn't take a look at the writing variant, so I missed the setting "Delete with Test Variant", which now really makes sense. 😉
