Cad integration in Sap S4hana

Dear Gurus,

I am new to this CAD integration. i have no idea about this.

We are planning to integrate the CAD to our SAP S4hana 1709 system.

My doubt is

1) Do we need additional SAP system for this ? If yes, please let me know which?

If not, Do we need to install a package or addon in the S4hana system?

2) What is the pre-requisites for this?

Please help me to start working on this. I have searched lots but couldnt find any proper documents.

You should install S4ECTR Add on S4 hana 1709 system and no need to additional SAP system.

It usually depends on the CAD source and what you want to do with the CAD drawings.
You should look into the CAD Desktop or the SAP Engineering Control Center or SAP Visual Enterprise:

For licenses, you always need to refer to your SAP Account Rep.
