crviewer export problems

I am using crystal report viewer(XI). When I click on Export icon on the report, it will pop a Export Report form and you have to type in the file name and choose a type to save it. Then you can open the file.

In the CR 8.5 you have the options to export to Application or Disk. If you choose application it will bring it right up.

How do I control this Export icon in crviewer so it can bypass the file name step?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreicated.
