Initial Stock Upload - /SCWM/ISU usage

Hi all ;

I checked scn to find a real implementation for initial stock upload. I find some documents such a given below but it is not clear.

For example, i decided to use /scwm/isu but my stocks contain batch that implemented in S/4 HANA 1709. Is this program create batch in ewm then transfer to ERP side ? I hope it is not possible.

However, everyone share csv format . I recommend that we need excel .xls

If you have an excel sheet with format .xls , could you share ?

I hope , Juergen Pitz prepare a blog such a implemantation guide.

Hi all ;

You can follow given steps for initial stock upload in EWM .

1- Prepare excel sheet , you can benefit from given excel sheet 1.xls

2- Convert to .csv such a ısu.Ozgur.csv

3- Go to /SCWM/ISU than continue such a belowed steps

- /SCWM/ISU

- Click 'Upload' button. If you select display data , you will see read data.

- If it is successful , 'Start stock data transfer'.

1.XLS is not uploaded that' why i can add screenshoot.

Note : SAP give example excel formats with .csv , but you have to create an excel such a 1.xls. Because of simplification 🙂

Sum up , you have to convert .csv into .xls with divided columns. To do that you can benefit from excel fuction 'Text to columns' . Data --> Text to columns ,

Hi all,

Could you please help me with an issue with the batch number?

I'm trying to upload stock with this tcode, but I get the error that the batch does not exist for the material. Although if I go to MSC3N with the same combination, I am able to check that the combination material/batch is created.

Hi Hendrik Schulte-Bahrenberg ,

I have checked this note , they are similiar but my problem is that how can i prepare excel sheet such a given by SAP.

I think that consultants need to get excel sample with .xls format. Because, i will prepare a excel that contain 20000-30000 pallet.

How do you prepare excel sheet of your projects ? I understood that i have to create min 2 rows for a pallet so that postype.

This excel creates only one pallet 😞
