Hi Gurus,

I would like to know if someone-else can help me about the following question:

I need the description for this field – count-of-active-agents.jpg

Count of Active Agents can find under CubCSSContacts dimension in BCM OLAP DB.

Hello Krupal,

Count of Active Agents – The count of different agents that have been handling contacts during the selected time interval.

Criteria - The aggregated value of the DistinctCount of FK_Agent for the selected time interval from the contact statistics cube. This value is not used on Contact Center’s default standard reports.
