    Hi,

You can delete all PR's by using transaction code MEMASSRQ - Mass Maintenance

      Hi,

Again I am suggesting to you that

Mass PR deletion is not possible throgh any stanadard Transaction. Using of SM30 to add field in MASS, also will not work.

There is only one way out is to create LSMW for PR deletion and one more imprtant thing , use Transaction ME52 for Recording. Do not use ME52N for recording.

      Pls test and revert back.

      Regards,

      Jay

    Hi Ritesh ,

What is your exact requirement......because MRP will delete all the PR with the change in the requirement when next time it is executed .

Exception to the above case is when firmed PR is generated of planning fence is used.

    Thanks

    Kaushik

    Hi

I suppose we dont have mass deletion for PR.

Also if the PR is created thru MRP then if u run the MRP again PRs that are not altered will be deleted automatically and new PR will be raised accordingly.

    Chk and revert

    Sorry Ritesh,

Mass deletion for PR is not possible in transaction code MEMASSRQ

You can ask Technical team to write BDC or use LSMW for PR deletion.

    Manish

    forget MASS

You cannot delete requisitions thru MASS transaction.

You have to find the root cause for the creation. If you dont remove the root cause, then the next MRP run will create the requisitions again after a deletion.

Mass PR deletion is not possible throgh any stanadard Transaction. Using of SM30 to add field in MASS, also will not work.

There is only one way out is to create LSMW for PR deletion and use Transaction ME51 for Recording. Do not use ME51N for recording.

I am sure it will work. Pls, revert back.
