As per current configuration we are giving Comp Off in lieu of Overtime now we want to change configuration so that HR can calculate Overtime and Pay it with Salary instead of giving Comp off.
Please do refer or guide on same.
First, you will have to look at how things are done currently.
How is the "Comp Off" currently generated ? By Time Evaluation transfering all Overtime to a "Comp Off" Quota, or through a "Comp Off" Attendance?
You should plan to create a new Time Type (or Attendance) and to delimit the use of the "Comp Off" Absence and Quotas, along with the payment of their Balance on the last day permitted.
There already are many discussion threads on this subject, along with much documentation. Please read some, and then look at your current configuration, so that you can then give us information on how you are currently entering that time data and processing it.
