Change "Time Created" in Attachment List to user timezone instead of System Timezone

Hi All

In the attachment list on an order, I'm looking for a way to change the "Time Created" field to read the time of creation in the users timezone - eg, if I add an attachment at 10a NZT, the system will show this time as 6p EST, as this is the 'system time zone', when I would like it to show the time it was added in my timezone. I definitely do not want to adjust the settings for other users or adjust the system time zone at all - I just want to change the displayed time to my own.
