SAP ECC swich : BW impacts

Hello experts ,

Our basis team planned to swich SAP ECC source ( failback / Failover),hence the primary will be the secondary and the secondary system will be the primary system.

Could you please indicate what are the main activities in our BW system in order to maintain data loading between BW and ECC after both he failover and failback?

Hi,

If I understood correctly, this is just a DB failover, It should have no consequence to you BW system as long as it happens outside the process chain window... if they do the failover while the process chain is running the jobs will cancel and you'll have to restart the chains.
