Hi,
users get an error when logging in to BI platform (Server Error). But login works when adding the user to group Administrators.
A group "SAP Lumira Users" as been created like described in SAP Lumira Administrator Guide (Document Version 2.1 - 2018-01-12) 5.3.4.1 Creating a User Group and Adding View Rights.
Additionally tested with access level "Full Control" and "Advanced" with all options marked. Still does not work, only wenn adding Administrators group to user.
Any idea?
Thanks!
Zaki
BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 5 Patch 2
Lumira Server 2.1 SP1
Lumira Discovery 2.1 SP1

The sap support localized the problem. There was a lack of authorization.
Lumira user requires the access to the favourite folder, public folder and its children folder. We have given all 3
level access rights to "Lumira" user and it is working as expected.
Resolution:
1. Goto CMC page
2. From the drop-down select "personal folders"
3. Click on "manage" and addtop-level security->All folders
4. Add "SAP Lumira users" group
