Universe design tool freeze when open the parameters window

Hi all,

The universe design tool freezes when I'm going to open the parameters of the universe and I have to close the program from the task manager, because he does not answer.
The version on SAP BO is SAP BusinessObjects - SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0. Version; 14.0.11.1696. My OS is Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Hello,
I already managed to make it work, what I did was to uninstall JRE 8 and put JRE 7.
Also uninstall SAP BusinessObjects in the following way:
1.- Try to uninstall normally from "Add or Remove Programs" from the control panel.
2.- Delete the temporary folders, (start -> Run -> type% temp% and Enter).
3.- Delete the SB1 installation folders in Program Files --> SAP.
4.- Delete the configuration files in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\SAP BusinessObjects
5.- With RegEdit delete the entries with the word sbo or sapbxx.
