n0-available-data-submit-request-to-raise.jpg

Hi All

After activating the RTC model and mapping with BPC Model, this RTCDSR transaction code screen, populates the drop down. However, after executing RTCDSR, it says No available data submit request to raise. BPC Model mappings are all green. Screenshot is attached. Any help will be immensely appreciated.

Best Regards

Kalyan

Hi Lucas

Thank you for your comment. 2012 has no data on ACDOCA & ACDOCC tables.

ACDOCA has table entries for 2017 and Variant K4. However, I do not have ACDOCC entries in 2017. (look at the screenshot attachedrtcdsr.jpg).

BTW, we did not execute the Consolidation process yet. Does it make difference whether it would populate ACDOCC table? Meanwhile, I get another error while accessing Consolidation Monitor - 'You do not have the necessary rights to view consolidation data for model CON_RTC'. How to fix this issue?

Regards

Kalyan

acdocc-does-not-have-value-for-2017.jpg

Hi Lucas

ACDOCA for 2017 has 1040 entries. ACDOCC does not have any entry for 2017. RTCDSR transaction code for 2017 does not generate any pull request. It still says 'No available data submit request to raise'. Screenshot attached for your review. Kindly help.

When I asked about those tables having data, I was referring to having data for the period you're trying to raise (12 from your screenshots).

Remember that depending on your model setup, this process will not look at the FISCYEARPER field in ACDOCA but in fact, convert the document date to fiscal period based on the fiscal year variant you've assigned to the model.

Have you got any data in ACDOCA or ACDOCC for the period you're trying to raise?
