We have configured Server side Groupware from our CRM 2007 system through our MS Exchange 2003 Server to local Outlook clients.
Contacts, Activities, and Tasks appear to be working with Outlook 2003. However, we are having issues with Outlook 2007. In Outlook 2003 all CRM categories are visible. in Outlook 2007 they are not.
I have downloaded and installed Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 v6.5.8067.0 from Microsoft to the local Outlook 2007 machine.
I have also run RegCategories.exe and CatsList.xml is visible via a network share to the local machine. When I run RegCategories.exe a dialog appears that indicates the categories will be added to outlook.
When I create a new appointment these categories are not visible anywhere. How can I access the CRM categories in Outlook 2007?
