SAP_BASIS : 740 with SP15 and ST-SER 720 with SP7
In ITSM, there is a ticket in where the authorized person cannot see the status "closed" to select. The authorization is available in the role via object B_USERSTAT and custom profile. There are other users with same set of roles and can see the status as "closed" but couple of them can't.
Hi Nitin,
To double-check that it is not an authorization problem, you can trace the user in tcode ST01 or SU53 for missing authorizations.
Also, try to see if there's any implementation for BADI CRM_ORDER_STATUS. This badi allows custom logic to display/hide a status.
