There has been a failure in the document distribution through the cv03n. There is a problem in the file reading and it is repetitive. Could this be a part of the any workflow inconsistency

could you please provide more details about the distribution and the received error message.
Further please check the application log transaction SLG1 which delivers additional technical data in case of display issues.
