Hi,

We replicated HR data(employee and position) from SAP HR to SAP CRM system using ALE/IDOC.

Here I have one question,If I change the position to the employee in CRM system, will changes happen in SAP HR system automatically? or Delta changes will haapen? If yes pl explain.

Using change pointers master data changes flowsfrom SAP HR to SAP CRM .

TIA.

PV.

Hi,

If there is a path established b/w to systems and the change pointers activated in SAP CRM system then it will reflect the changes in SAP HR system.

Hello ...

If you change the position in SAP CRM it will not be updated in the HR system.

From HR system Synchronization program will be running for every fothnight/ weekly job( asper settings).

After completion of HR job data will be in synch with HR even if you change the position in CRM.

let me know if u have any concerns on this.
