Help me in below Travel Management Issues

Hi Experts,

Need help in below mentioned Travel Management Issues as I am new to Travel Management.

My Client has Implemented Travel Management 7 Years back and using the travel management in ESS & MSS but they have certain queries and those queries needs to be addressed from my end, please help me in below mentioned Travel management Issues.

1. Travel Types Issues:

A. Business - Projects Travel: If Travel type is related to Projects in ESS & MSS Screen, System should show WBS Element Codes in drop down list and employee can select proper WBS from drop down and same can be effected his Travel cost while posting to Travel Cost to FI.

B. Training Travel: If Travel type is related to Training in ESS & MSS Screen, System should show all avilable Cost centers in drop down list (By default his own master cost center should show) and employee can select proper Cost Center from drop down and same can be effected his Travel cost while posting to Travel Cost to FI.

2. Approval or Workflow Issues:

Currently they have 2 levels of approval process firs level line manager and second level GM but now they want 3 levels of approval processes first one is his actual line manager, Second level Project Manager (Based on selecting WBS in ESS & MSS Screen) or Based on Selected Cost Center Manager (If it is cross Department), third level is HR Manager.

Hence Approval process should be based on WBS Element - Project Manager (Which is selected from Dropdown list in ESS & MSS Screen) for Business Project Travel Type and for Training Travel Types based on Cost Center - Manager (Which is selected from Dropdown list in ESS & MSS Screen).

3. Flight Ticket, Accommodation soft copies Need to be sent through ESS & MSS Portal:

Customer wants an option to send Flight Tickets attachments, Accommodation booking details along with the soft copies to the respective employees based on his/her travel request.
