Hi Satish,

Following are your answers:

Your Question:

a) How to extend artilce to new sites, lets say i have 20 artilcles?

Solution:

1. Create Article Tcode MM41 (while creating assign the respective merchandise category to which you wish to assign the article) with entering the DC and Site.

2. To check the article assignment to MC, use Tcode WGUS.

We know that MC is assigned to Assortment, while sites are also assigned to sites, hence when articles are asssigned to MC they automatically get enlisted to the sites based on the assortment you choose while listing.

3. Now Open the article(s) in change mode , in Listing tab

a. Select Assortment Grade Value

b. Select Listing procedure Value

c. Check Maint. Assortment

d. New Listing Check

e. Click Execute Listing --> Select relevant assortment --> Press Copy

Save

Similarly follow for all the other articles.

4. To check article have been listed or not, use Tcode MM60

For listing n no. of articles together:

Follow till step 3d. -->Save

Got to Tcode: WSM3 (Mass Listing) select the assortmet to be used and articles to be listed.

Execute

Follow Step 4.

Your Question:

b) I am setup new company code, sales org site 1 already exited, now What are changes, settings need to be done(extend)to carry out same purchase and sales prices

Solution:

Maintain MM & SD Settings pertaining to your company code

Maintain the cost pricing conditions as per your settings,

Maintain markup, pricing (one step/2 step) for sales pricing.

Check in Tcode:VKP8

Hope this solves your problems.

Take Care

Hi Satish,

For your two questions:

a) How to extend artilce to new sites, lets say i have 20 artilcles?

A: SAP Retail uses Assortment/Listing function to "extend article to new sites".

If you are using assortment by MC (Merchandise Category), go to WSOA2 , add the new site as 'Assortment User', save it. System will create a background job for extend belonging articles to the new site. You could also run WSM3 .

If you are using assortment module, then create an assortment module in WSO1 for those 20 articles and execute WSM3 for listing.

b) I am setup new company code, sales org site 1 already exited, now What are changes, settings need to be done(extend)to carry out same purchase and sales prices.

A: You know one sales org or one site can only assigned to one company code, so if you have a new company code, you must also create a new sales org. (and new sites).

To get the same sales price, you just need to assign the same 'Pricing type' to the new sales org (with Distribution Channel) in IMG.

For purchase price, if your purchase org has not been assigned to any company code (and that's the normal way in IS-Retail), you don't need to do anything in customizing for getting 'same purchase price'.

Entend your vendor master to the new company code.

Run VKP5 or MM42 to create sales price in the new distribution channel for articles.

Steven
