B1 9.2 offers the great ability to link a UDF to a system table. This is terrific as it allows us to create a UDF that, for instance, is linked to the Business Partner Master. What I'd then like to do is filter the pick-list that results from that link. In my case, I want to put a Default Vendor on the Purchase Request at the header level and have this flow to the lines.
The issue in this case is that the list returns not just vendors but also customers and leads. I would like to filter this, before the user gets it, to return only vendors.
Another example might be linking to AP Invoices but wanting only open invoices to be available for linking.
Can anyone offer a way to do this? We have the Boyum Usability package for additional customization tools.
