Hi Experts,
Is it possible to perform putaway/picking into/from single fixed bin always for one material.
For example:
Storage type - FIX1
Storage Section - FIX1
Bin Number - FIX1-BIN1, FIX1-BIN2, FIX1-BIN3, etc...
Now, I have materials MAT1, MAT2, MAT3. My putaway/picking should be always as below:
MAT1 - FIX1-BIN1 - Putaway/Picking should be always into/from FIX1-BIN1
MAT2 - FIX1-BIN2 - Putaway/picking should be always into/from FIX1-BIN2
MAT3 - FIX1-BIN3 - Putaway/picking should be always into/from FIX1-BIN3.
All these bins, FIX1-BIN1, FIX1-BIN2, FIX1-BIN3 belongs to storage type FIX1 and storage section FIX1
Can you please provide your inputs?
Thank You
Krishna
Hi, It is due to capacity check.
It worked by maintaining the option 4 for capacity check - no check against weight etc...at storage type level.
Thanks

Hi Ankur,
Thank You. The storage type FIX1 is already defined as Fixed bin storage type. I have assigned my material to the storage bin i.e assignment of fixed bin to the article. My putaway rule is also 2-addition to existing stock/empty bin.
Now I created delivery with 15 CV. As per my packspec, 3 HU's will be created and 3 WT's but only one WT with one HU is getting created. The assigned fixed bin is allowing to put only 1 HU (5 CV) and throwing error as "could not fully determine the destination data".
The expectation is to have all the 15 CV putaway into one bin (FIX1-BIN1) with 3 HU's (5 cv each HU as per packspec).
Thank You
With Regards
Krishna
