Error saving user with guid SAP user is not valid

Hi Experts,

We are trying to set up Work Manager 6.5. We have set up the environment and the SAP user. While trying to transmit using this User, we are getting an error as - "Error saving user with guid SAP user is not valid". Could anyone please help us to understand the possible reason behind this error? Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sujit,

It could be the user is not valid in the ERP System. Check the user id in the ERP System and make sure the user is valid. If this is not the case , please provide more information or open an incident in support.
