Add System for SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud in SAP Support Launchpad

Dear Experts,

I have to create support tickets in the support launchpad for our SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud test tenant.

In the support launchpad I can find the installation number of the yMkt Cloud tenant but I'm not able to create tickets for the installation (I have all needed authorizations).

I've contacted SAP EMEA Support and they said I first have to create a system for the corresponding installation. (usually I think for cloud products this has to be done by SAP and not by the customer!?). I only know this from on-prem systems..

Trying to add the system I have to provide the following information:

Support said I should choose S/4 HANA Cloud, because Hybris Marketing Cloud is not an available product.

I think Database has to be SAP HANA but does anyone know which entry I have to choose for "Operating System"?

These are the available values:

In my opinion it should be MS Windows or Linux. Where can I find that information if it's not provided by SAP?

SAP Support said I have to check that by myself.

Does anybody know where to find that information??

I'm still wondering why these administrative actions haven't been done by SAP. Does anyone else have to do that?

Hi,

I never had to create the system in the Support Portal... it just appeared. You do need to search a bit to find it; as you cannot know the three-letter system id of your system as this is never mentioned anywhere in your cloud system.

Is the system that SAP created for you assigned to a "Hybris Marketing Cloud"-Installation or a "S/4 HANA Cloud"-Installation?

I do find a system with the number of the yMkt Cloud system, but it is assigned to a S/4 HANA Cloud-Installation and not to the Hybris Marketing Cloud Installation. In my opinion this is a mistake from SAP.

But I'm not sure, so it would be really great if you could check to which type of installation your system is assigned to.

seems there's something going wrong and the issue has been sent to SAP Support.

Hi Tobias,,

Indeed my cloud system is listed under Product "SAP S/4HANA CLOUD" and installation "S/4HANA".

It's now in my most recently used systems for incident logging so I didn't know exactly anymore where to find it either 🙂

But I knew the first time that this was the correct system because in

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/systemdata/view/<systemnumber>;

there is a field "Tenant URL" that corresponds with the tenant url of the hybris marketing cloud system.
