In std PR release procedure, once u released the pr, u r not allowed to change the qty and price in me52n..
but in my sand box server,, i am able to edit the price and qty... pls tell how to make it is grey mode.

Check the release indicator for final release ( e.g. 2 - RFQ/purchase order) >>Changeability of Purchasing Document During/After Release >> 1 = Cannot be changed.

This all depands how you have configured the PR release procedure.It is possible in both way.
In your sand box if you will change the release indicator to 1,System will not allow to change.

Hi, Guys,
Once i set the MM>Purch.>Req>Rel.Proc.>with class. -->Set up procedure with classification
Push "Release indicator" into 1(can not be changed)
but i wanna close these kinds of PR , i.e set the indicator as 'X' in tab 'quantites/dates" , how should i do ?
by LSMW or BDC , a sample will be appreciated.
