Insufficient privilege (EXECUTE on REPOSITORY_REST) SAP HANA EXPRESS

I am using SAP HANA Express.I connected to the system in hana studio(Eclipse Plugin), but the content folder on my DEVUSER is showing the error "Insufficient privilege (EXECUTE on REPOSITORY_REST)". This worked the whole time, but since today when I tried to run this SQL Script code (for learning purposes).

you can grant role "CONTENT_ADMIN" to the DEVUSER. but you do not need it for your PAL test
