Send Email from Exchange 2013 to Solution Manager

Hi guys, I´m facing issues to testing e-Mail Inbound for ITSM, the main goal is that when a user sends an email to Support@123456 direction, this email will be available to see at Inbox menu in CRM Web UI after that, Processor decides if create an incident or not.

I have performed configuration steps for Email Inbound Wiki, also I have tested in transaction SOIN and I can see mails in INBOX menu at CRM Web UI.

My doubt is, if is there some configuration in Solution Manager or Exchange server, to enable Exchange to send emails to Solution Manager 7,2 SP05?

ITSM Notifications are working fine and SolMan is able to send emails.

Any suggestion
