Is it possible to create cycles activities (Activity Management) in the system.
Means each n period send an activity to an employee.
Ex : each month employee has to call a supplierMany Thanks

Have you tried using the Scope item Activity Management in Procurement https://rapid.sap.com/bp/#/scopeitems/19C? . It allows you to assign task to a employee and monitor open tasks
