menus in sap access easy are viewed with ???????

hi Forum

i have problems in an of my sap systems of the landscape productive SAP.. When the user do log on to the system, in the menus of SAP Easy Access the items are displayed with ?????? characters.Already the SAPGui have the patch 11, and the Kernel of the system was updated.

How i will can solve this issue... with the others system the access and menus are fine.. using the same kernel and SapGui Client. 7.10 and patch 11.
