unable to see installtion number in service market place

Hi Expert's,

we are unable see our installation number in service market place. when we are trying to generate an object in http://service.sap.com/sscr >register Object >given details like Pgm Id, type and object name.. then we need to select the Installation number. at this point we r facing problem... can anybody tell me the solution for the problem....
