Manual Vauation Pop up Window not coming During Result Recording

Dear SAPians,

I am facing a problem regarding Manual valuation window during Result recording. I am maintaining the inspection plan & maintaining sampling procedure with Fixed sample etc. and it is working fine to 99% of inspection lot. When i create a new inspection plan. it suddenly not making Automatic Valuation, What may be the reason??? please tell me...

Hello Atul,

Please check the valuation mode assigend to the sampling procedure for the characteristic in the inspection plan(Task List).

Thanks for your reply, Valuation mode is 'SPC Inspection' for Quantitative Charactristic & Manual Valuation for Qualitative Charactristic.

Hey Atul,

If you want to make it Manual then keep the "Valuation mode" in the sampling procedure as "Manual Valuation", else you should set it according to the requirement.

e.g. If you set......

Sampling type: fixed sample

Valuation mode: attributive inspection according to nonconforming units

As a result, a sampling instruction with the parameters sample size 'n' and acceptance number 'c' is stored in the sampling procedure.The sampling instruction is independent of the lot size (unless the lot size is smaller than the fixed sample size).
