Hi, we are using SAP B1 2005 B PL 43. when we are giving prinout for checks for payment it's showing Ensure that the printer has stock paper continue ? if i give ok iam not able to take printout.if i give check box for print on blank paper at this time it's not showing.but iam not able to take printout there is no error.

first time we are able to take check print out but if give same check number (i.e., first time i was taken) in find mode it's not displaying data related to this check number.when we are giveing confirmed it's automatically increamenting check next number based on House bank setup.how we can get check number data in find mode if i give more that two times same check for paymentsprintout.

If you want 2 copies of your cheque, you have to print them out in one batch. Cheque print is very sensitive. You can only print formal cheque once. That is normal business practice.

Hi Sampath,

You can use query to get the check number if you can not find it in the FIND mode. For the check printing, you can only print it once. Otherwise, the duplicated check may cause problem.

Thanks,

Hi,Gordon.

we don't want to use query for report purpose. user has to take print second time also with the same check number.if he enter in find mode it's taking check next number. how user has to take second time with same check number.
