SAP BW HR Org Authorisations

I have been looking at HR Org Unit Authorisations in BW / R3.

From what I can tell I am supposed to Used DSO's 0PA_DS02 and 0PA_DS03 with datasources 0HR_PA_2 and 0HR_PA_3.

This is after Authorization Profiles have been entered in R3/ECC using OOSP and then linked to a user in OOSB. Then (going off very old documentation [2002]) we are supposed to add names to T77UU and run RHBAUS00.

Is this right? I'm looking for a more automated process whereby BW can extract the managers e.g. Top Hats from Org Management and then use them to generate Org Unit Authorisations in BW.

Does this exist as standard? Or would this have to be something custom? Or am I not understanding the BI Cont approach.

HI. Thanks for this. Ive had a look at this and If ive got it right this needs additional manual maintenance on the ECC Side. Although I'm gauging that off an ancient (2002!) document Ive dug up. I'm looking for something that doesn't need or at least has minimum manual intervention.
