want to update princing data in the respective tables

Hello Friends,

normally sales order pricing data comes from the master data (combination of material,customer and condition type).

my requirement:

before saving the sales order if user make changes in the conditon tab in sales order(pricing) then that changes should be reflected in the respective pricing tables.

Is it possible to update master data from transaction data.??
