In addition to these errors, we are also getting intermittent Error "Service Unavailable" in Infoview.
Microsoft confirms that the problem is somewhere with cdzISAPI.dll file.

Backup the BO server,
Reinstall the OS, then IIS, then .net, then BO XI 3.1.
As far as I know this is not a common error, BO support is likely having trouble because it's being thrown in Microsoft logs, not ours. Usually issues like this would require cases with both Microsoft and our support until a proper resolution.

Tim
I have the same problem on ALL installation of BO XI 3.1 with iis support (no tomcat). I think this is not a ms problem, but a BO one. it can't find a path 'C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\Web Content\InfoViewApp\InfoViewAppActions\ure\ure\yui\build\yahoo-dom-event\yahoo-dom-event.js' that not exist on the disk.

We are getting this same error many times in our log file....any resolution to this problem?

There are a couple of solutions to 1 of the errors here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911816 . It looks like this could be a fairly complex problem that may require a ticket with support maybe even Microsoft support as well.

Tim
Hi Anisa,
Did you notice any errors in the application itself? If the errors/warnings occur only in the event viewer a good starting point would be [EventID|www.eventid.net].
