GRC BRF+ to change content of Access Request

Dear all,

Is it possible to change the content of an Access Request using BRF+? For example, change the validity date of the requested roles, add roles, etc.

Understand. Would you have any recommendations of FMs or Programs that could be called to perform changes in the request, please?

Hi Rodrigo,

Why would you want to update role validity via BRF+? the same can be done directly via MSMP.

Also, BRF+ integration with MSMP is limited to creating Agent, routing and initiator rules and none of them can help you update the role validity.

Would you please advise where in the MSMP configuration that can be done, please?

The intent is to align the start date of the role and the mitigation. In the standard, the mitigation starts on the date of the last approval, but the role starts on the request date.

We can not perform such activities using BRF+
