Hardware key not found in service manager

Hi,

I'm trying to implement a test system in my office laptop which runs on below configuration.

  1. Windows 10 Home Edition
  2. Intel 7th Gen i3-7100 Dual-core processor
  3. 4 GB RAM
  4. 1 TB HDD with 3 partitions 300 GB each
  5. Display 1366 * 768.

As per the Hardware Requirements document SAP B1 9.3 can run on this configuration.

But while installing SAP B1 SLD, either i get

  1. -43 Error Code and SLD itself will not install at all.
  2. Or post install SLD and service manager, no hardware key is shown in license manager and is greyed out.

What could be the cause. Please help me out.
