SolMan Incidents/Service Requests in a single view

Hi all

In SolMan home page, I have the option to see all messages (incidents & SRs in my case) that are assigned to me. We needed to have something similar to allow viewing all open incidents and SRs for a given support team. Is this anyhow feasible, and how can I achieve that?
