Hi,
Can anyone please tell me how to change/delete the schema that is currently active. For the active ones the Delete button and all the fields are grayed out.
I also have another issue, i case i have more than one schema for a subject profile and one is active the others being in state "Deployed", how can i change the state of the Active to Draft and make one of the deployed ones as active?
Thanks in advance,
Karthik

Unfortunately once the schema is active for certain period there is'nt a lot you can do to revert the schema or append the active schema; which means the tickets where were created between the span the version is active will consume what is exisiting in that schema.
However you can append the schema so that furture tickets by creating a new version add your changes and activate. this will ensure future tickets will have options u entered in new version.
If for some reason you have to append the exisiting active schema you have to create custom program which needs to be thoroughly tested as this option is not recommneded by SAP

Hello Karthik,
You can create a new version of the existing schema, and then set the new version to become active at some point in the very near future (e.g., 5 minutes, 1 day, etc.). Then the new version will replace the old at the specified date/time.
Best regards,
John
