Dear Friends
We are creating Customer Account Group for Sold To Party, Ship to Party, Bill To Party and Payer etc
but all there Screen or Tab pages in Sales area Data is not same. Ship To Party There should be only 3 tab pages in Sales Area data these are
- Sales
- Shipping
- Billing
If I want to create Ship to Party Customer Account group then How I can get only these 3 tab page and other tab pages should not come. guide me to create by "NEW" not by Copy.

Goto OBD2
Here you can maintain screen layout and field status for the account group.
select new entries, give name of the account group (AASH)
Double click on General data
you will get the list of the screens available. click first screen, then with the radio buttons maintain field status as suppress, required, optional & display
then go for next screen. in same way you can maintain all the field & screens for Company code data & *Sales area data.
If you don't want a particular screen, then suppress all the field of that screen. that screen will not be visible while maintaining the customer data

here you can create your account group and go to its details and again in the field status You will see all the three levels
general data,company code data ,sales area data
If you double click them it will take you the tabs in those levels
Again double click the tab it will take you to fields
There you can change according to your requirement
You can hide/suppress whatever the fields that you want and save them
After changing there,create a CMR in that account group and you can see the fields hided/suppresed are not there or visible

It is strongly recommened that you copy an account grouo from the available standards and change or modify according to your need
That avoids so many errors and make your life easy
Remember when you create a new account group you have to define no ranges in XDN1 and assign then in OBAR to the respective account group
Then only you can create a customer to see whether the settings you have done has been effective or not?

it is possible with configuration of account group for customer master
here 4 options are available those are
surplus= not allow the filed in CM
Required= Mandatory filed
optional= not required,and
display=only in display mode here we cant enter any value
i forget one but try there Goto OBD2
