No characteristics were found

Hi Experts,

Can anybody please help me,

I have confirmed production order operation wise. Stock post to Quality inspection stock.Now I want to do result recording & Usage dicision in QA32. But system shows error No characteristics were found

Now I have maintain characteristics for operation. So how I can do RR & UD.

    Hi,

    I understand that Inspection lot is created without Inspn. plan.

    create inspn.plan thro' Tcode: QP01

    go to QA02 enter lot no.

    select - Inspection processing -> Inspection lot -> Cancel sample

    Select Window - "Insp.Specifications" Change "key date" after the date of Inspn.plan created date.

    Execute :"Tasklist / Spec" tab

    Select Window - Sample

    Execute: :"Sample" tab

    Save.

    Do RR & UD thro' QA32

    I had tried the same. This will Solve your Problem.

    HI

    as per my understanding, your LOt si created without MICs, and later you have maintained in Routing the MICs. noe yuo want ot do RR and UD.

    if this is correct

    then goto

    QAC3 - Cancel Sample Calculation

    enter the LOT number and save

    system changes the LOT status to CRTD mode,

    got to QA02 enter the lot number, thne clcik on Tasklist tab screen then clcik on task list\specification buttion and then goto sample tab screen there clcik on sample button and save.

    now got QA 32 and execute

    check for RR

    Dear c suriamoorthy sir,

    I have same error found in QE11 while creating Batch for GR, I have already check Inspection Plan.

    But my question is How to Add Characteristics in QE11 using inspection without using CA02 and QP02. MIC creation.
