Unable to release Purchase Requisition Release

I am an FICO Consultant and I have the following problem. Could any one solve this?

While executing the T.Code ME54N - PR Release Strategy - is not working. The following error

msg showing in the tool bar.

"You are authorised to release only for cost centre xxxx"

We checked Roles & Authorization. Also we checked in PA30 for the relevant person and cost centre assignment.

It is not working.

How to find the root cause and rectify this error.
