Does anyone know what HR integration for SEM-BSC is supposed to do?
Hi Kasturi,
The personal score calculated through Balanced Scorecard application can be integrated with Human Resources module in R/3 to enable creation of automated performance appraisal based on the results from Balanced Scorecards. We can set specific KPIs in the Balalnced Scorecard, link those KPIs to one or more persons and then effect automatic compensation depending upon achievement of desired performance.
