Work Status -'You are not authorized to perform this task. Please contact.'

Hi

I am trying to set the work status but when I select (internet explorer: Work Status Option: 1 of 2) either Active CV ot Another CV I get the message: 'You are not authorized to perform this task. Please contact your BPC administrator'.

In Administration I have the following configuration:

Entity Dimension:

Owner property populated - server/userID - against the entity I.m trying to set the work status for.

Application Work Status Setting:

Category Yes

DataSrc No TOTALADJ

Account No VALIDATION

Entity Owner

RptCurrency No STG

Time Yes

Product No TOTPROD

Application Concurrent Lock:

Category Yes

DataSrc No

Account No

Entity Yes

RptCurrency No

Time Yes

Product No

Task profiles, under security, has SetWorkStatus assigned to the profile.

Work Status:

DM JRN MAN COMM DOCS ControlledBy

Unlock ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL BOTH

Submitted ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL BOTH

Reviewed MGR MGR MGR ALL ALL BOTH

Approved LOCK MGR LOCK LOCKED ALL BOTH

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The problem was that I had not logged off from Windows as administrator and logged in as the entity user!

It seemed that the session, although I had changed users in BPC, still recognised me as administrator in the web. Next challange is to overcome this.
