Configuration changes in MM

can anybody tell me the way to understand who or by which user ID configuration changes has been done and if possible what.

If any configuration changes in golden client, Transport request(TR) will get genetated and it will have the object name and user ID

you can check with the report .... or better ask with your basis guy to help you.

u have to track the same by Owner of the Transport Request only... no other option..(SE10/SE09)
